Regal Constructions narrative is intrinsically linked to the journey of its founder, Nassim Tantouri. Born into a modest family in a small village in Lebanon, Nassim began his career in the import business, working for affluent Lebanese families and enterprises. Over a decade, he emerged as the top associate, generating millions in annual sales. In 2000, Nassim immigrated to the United States and settled in Arizona, where he became a licensed real estate agent. He quickly made a name for himself in buying, selling, and leasing properties throughout the Valley. Leveraging his success, Nassim started investing in real estate, and building a portfolio of properties across the greater Phoenix area. In 2010, he founded Regal Constructions to integrate the construction and renovation aspects of his real estate investment activities. Shortly after the company's launch, Regal Constructions began helping clients build their own dream homes. Today, Regal Construction has completed over 100 projects and has recently expanded into commercial real estate construction.​
